Rooming Block Deadline is April 2, 2008 |

You will need our Group Code to obtain the $105 room rate at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel. Below are the steps used at the hotel site to register for a room: |

Go to www.millenniumhotels.com/millenniumnashville |
| 2. |
In the left margin under “Book Online” enter your arrival date, number of nights, etc. |
| 3. |
In the drop-down menu, select “Group Code” |
| 4. |
Enter our Group Code which is: NFECA |
| 5. |
When you press the “Search” button you should receive the $105 room rate (if booked by April 2nd) |

| Important Hotel Policy: If the rooming block for the hotel is sold out, ask us to put you on our waiting list. If you need to CANCEL a reservation, do so through NFEC instead of the hotel. We will match cancelled rooms with those in need, letting you and the hotel know of the switch. Call us at 937- 383- 0001 or send us an email: info@nfec.org. |
