Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up until April 11th with no penalties. After that, cancellations received up to 5 days prior to the first day of the Conference will be refunded, less a $50 service charge. You may send a substitute at no charge. Due to meal guarantees, there will be no refunds within 5 days of the event. (i.e. after April 17th).
