The 2007 Annual Meeting of the National Food and Energy Council, Inc. was presided over by Chairman Tom Killebrew. The meeting was called to order at approximately 12:45 p.m. in the ballroom of the Renaissance Suites Hotel in Denver, Colorado. Based upon pre-registration, a quorum (15 percent of members) was declared.

It was moved that the minutes of the April 25, 2006 Business Meeting, conducted in Indianapolis, Indiana, be approved as posted on the NFEC website. The motion was seconded and approved.

Chairman Tom Killebrew then placed the following individuals into nomination for election to the NFEC Board to serve new or existing three-year terms.

=	Mr. Rolland Skinner, Manager of Northwest Rural Public Power District, Hay Springs, Nebraska
=	Mr. Mickey Miller, CEO of Nolin RECC, Elizabethtown, Kentucky
=	Mr. Gerald Mikel, General Manager of Steele-Waseca Cooperative Electric, Owatonna, Minnesota

Confirmation vote on joining NFEC Board:

=	Steve Wallenwine, Agricultural Services Director of Consumers Energy Company, Jackson, Michigan

The motion was made, seconded and unanimously approved.

There being no further business, the Annual Business Meeting of the National Food and Energy Council was adjourned at approximately
1:30 p.m.
